Checking in and out was a breeze. The Staff were very friendly as well. My room was clean, and had everything I need during my stay. My favorite thing may be the location, not too far to walk Downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from heavy traffic.

Walking distance to downtown was great, never used the trolly. The owners were very nice and helpful. Did their best to make us feel welcomed.

I absolutely adored the friendly staff, they really made it pleasant! Everything was clean and newly refurbished! The staff was constantly working on the property arriving to make it better! Another plus was its about a 5 minute walk from the Gatlinburg strip! Even had a black bear visitor!

Love seeing the bears , thought it was funny to see it trying to get in trash bins. The bathroom was really small but ok. The shower felt good. Bed was descent.

Staff was great very nice people They cleaned our room everyday which you don't get at another places anymore and still have to pay for it.. location was great to downtown... we like that we were able to sit outside and enjoy a nice evening after running all day..

The room was nicely cleaned and updated as well. Bathroom was spacious and seemed to be recently updated. The beds where extremely comfortable so where the pillows. You can also be on the main/busy section of the city in a 10 minute walk.

Easy walking distance to the centre of Gatlinburg. Felt very safe. Reception welcoming, friendly and informative. Clean room, serviced every day with clean towels and beds made up .Good transfer facilities to centre. Comfy beds .

Its slightly out of the main tourist area but close enough to walk there and theres also several restaurants in very easy walking distance even before you reach the main tourist area
